Job Description Core Responsibilities Utilize APIs to extract data from various sources (examples ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet) and integrate it into our data ecosystem. Design and develop robust, scalable data pipelines to process and transform data for reporting purposes. Periodic maintenance of reporting infrastructure to ensure security and compliance Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards using tools like [mention specific tools or platforms]. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security in all reporting activities. Employees at all levels are expected to: Proven experience working with APIs to retrieve and manipulate data. Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with programming languages such as Python/Java for scripting and automation. Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
