Answer phone calls and provide information to guests regarding restaurant hours, specials, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area, including keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate wait times and communicate any special requests or considerations.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's offerings, including menu items and daily specials.
