Financial Systems Administrator

Duration: 6 month contract- rights to hire

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. The Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for setting up new profiles, providing ongoing support for NetSuite, Expensify, and other financial systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of our financial technology stack. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily support for financial systems, including NetSuite, Expensify, and other related platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Set up, maintain, and deactivate user profiles in various financial systems.
Ensure appropriate access levels and permissions are assigned.
Work with senior team members to implement changes and enhancements.
Ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the financial systems.
Participate in projects to enhance system functionality and performance.
Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to support financial operations and initiatives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in a financial systems support role or similar. Experience with NetSuite and Expensify preferred.
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (preferably Netsuite)
