*PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Ascension Saint Agnes is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiologist to serve as Section Chief of the Cardiology Department. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Saint Agnes to provide physician leadership and medical services to patients.

Provide oversight of healthcare delivered under the aegis of assigned area.
Meet or exceed budgeted target.
Oversee deployment of staff, employee development, performance and satisfaction.
Review credentials, procedures, skills and clinical performance.
Prepare regular performance reports.
Contribute to education of residents, students and staff.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Board certified/eligible in Specialty in compliance with hospital Medical Staff by-laws required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Doctor of Medicine (MD), or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
