Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion Ambulatory
Department: Infusion Ambulatory
* Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday hours of operation. 4 nine hour shifts, 7a-430p. Closed most weekends and holidays. Hospital: Various health insurance options & wellness plans

* Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
* Implement and monitor patient care plans.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
