Labcorp: Specimen Accessioner/Medical Data Entry

LabCorp is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their Specimen Processing and Accessioning. The Specimen Accessioner will be responsible for performing clinical specimen accessioning, sample sorting and data entry in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment according to established standard operating procedures.
*Imagine the impact those skills can have in ensuring the accuracy of millions of healthcare tests, every month. The schedule for this position will be: Monday - Friday; 1pm - 9:30pm with rotating Saturdays.*

Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable. Previous medical or production experience is a plus
* Strong data entry and organizational skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
* Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities
* Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
* Resolve and document any problem specimens
