Interior Supply Inc. is looking for a *Non-CDL Driver *for our Fort Wayne, Indiana branch
*We're a Building Material Distributor with 20 branches across Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and Ohio. We specialize in commercial projects but also serve specialty and residential jobs. We offer full benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more after 90 days. You'll start earning paid time off from day one, and we provide a $500 sign-on bonus for new hires. Our Non-CDL role at Interior Supply Inc. involves:*
* Performs pre-trip inspection including walking around truck for visuals and performing maintenance before equipment is used documenting inspection.
* Checks all product loads before departure assuring product Quantity and Quality and work order request match.
* Determines most efficient and safest route before departure to make on time delivery.
* Examines job sites for safety and operational hazards, discussing any obstacles with senior job site personnel.
* Gets all proper signatures on paperwork after completion of delivery.
* Upon return to warehouse reloads for next delivery (same day or next morning).
* Assists in helping with customer loading in warehouse yard when necessary.
* Assists warehouse personnel in putting away material and general warehouse and yard housekeeping.
* May be asked to assist in maintenance and up keep of facility
* Job Type: Full-time
50 per hour
