01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Days or Nights

The Monitor Technician is an excellent opportunity to play an essential role in providing high-quality patient care, monitoring, and mobility. As a Monitor Tech at MultiCare, you will hone your patient care and monitoring skills, nurture your communications development, and collaborate with the Clinical Director in support of care and delivery of patient services.
You will perform receptionist and communications duties on the patient care unit
Observe telemetry monitoring and recognition of cardiac dysrhythmias
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved Health Unit Coordinator vocational training course and basic arrhythmia course preferred
One (1) year equivalent clerical experience in a medical setting preferred
On the job Training Provided: Successful completion of rhythm identification training and EKG telemetry competency test (experienced techs may bypass the training by passing competency test) #LI-DS2
