The Groundskeeper maintains and ensures cleanliness of the property which includes the grounds, all common areas, and amenities.
Picking up and maintaining community grounds.
• Cleaning the office and amenity areas.
• Operation and maintenance of the trash compactor and its surrounding area.
• Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.

• Work in a variety of conditions, including both indoors and outdoors; The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.
