is a well-established community-based organization which consists of a committed group of professionals and counselors dedicated to promoting the mental, emotional and social well-being of those in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We provide treatment for children, adolescents, families and adults who have been diagnosed with a wide range of mental health and/or substance use disorders.

*These services are provided in a professional office setting.
*Skills & Knowledge:* The Therapist must possess strong clinical writing and verbal communication skills, must have experience providing individual and family counseling and have experience working with persons with serious mental, emotional and/or behavioral disorders, substance use and/or co-occurring disorders. The Therapist must possess skills and knowledge of successful rapport building, treatment planning, group counseling, evidenced-based counseling practices, diagnostic criteria, and assessment completion. Job Requirements:* The Outpatient Therapist must hold a Virginia State license in professional counseling (LPC), social work (LCSW), Supervisee in Social Work, or marriage and family therapist (LMFT). _*\*Residents and supervisees (licensed eligible) are highly encouraged to apply.\* *_The ability of flexibility to work a schedule to include but not limited to evenings and weekends.
