Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager, Acute Care Case Management for a travel nursing job in West Hollywood, California.
Job Description & Requirements

~ Shift: 12 hours

CLIENT OFFER
Care coordination, discharge planning, Needs Assessments, Order DME, Plan of Care
MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE
ER/Medical/Surgical experience REQUIRED
MUST HAVE recent acute care experience
Min 1 year experience required, will accept 1st time traveler if coming from Level I, large facility
BLS required
