Other Details:
Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float. Would float to the other MedSurg level of care units (General MS, Nephrology, Neuro/Trauma)
Documentation system: Meditech
Patient Ratios : 1:4, 1:5
Procedures performed on unit: Post op knee, hip and shoulder replacements, Trauma patients, some Neuro overflow
