• FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science & Technology)
• Conduct technical training for new hire technicians. Develop training plans for new hires
Coordinate schedules with training attendees
Attend training sessions to gather and disseminate updated practices and information
Follow plant safety and environmental policies, and keep work areas clean and orderly
SAP, MES, OPCON, Promaster, tableau, etc.
Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervision and other personnel with the ability to create clear technical instructions
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Minimum two years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machining
• Must demonstrate mechanical proficiency, leadership ability, and teamwork
• Must be willing to work on alternate shifts and must demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes
• Must be flexible to work other shifts for training, coaching, projects and travel as needed
Must have mechanical and electrical background
•Expected to support production by assisting subject matter experts and identifying training needs
•Passion for training technical skills. Be able to perform repetitive training for newly hired associates
•Develop hands on training for new and existing technology
•Find creative solutions to improve OEE through innovative training practices
