Licensed Psychologist with the State of Texas (Required) Compensation for Licensed Psychologist: Base Salary: Starting at $115,000 Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Starting at 3% and up to 5% of base salary. Yearly Retention Bonuses: Starting at 3% and up to 6% of base salary. Sign On Bonus: $10,000 Yearly Earning Potential Including all bonus opportunities: $142,250 to $150,000 Benefits for Licensed Psychologist:
