Adult Medicine Stepdown 2300 Registered Nurse (Experienced/New Grad) ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE Commitment Bonus Available Duties and Responsibilities of this Level Plan, provide and document professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures under the supervision of the team leader or charge nurse. Delegate tasks and supervise the activities of other licensed and unlicensed care providers. Assist other healthcare personnel in the delivery of patient care. Required Qualifications at this Level Education Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher), Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program is required. All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within 5 years of their start date. Experience No experience required. All CNIs will be enrolled in and must complete the DUHS Vizient Nurse Residency Program within 12 months of hire. Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required.
