* One year experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting or home health preferred
* Current PT license valid for the state in which services are provided
* Current driver's license, auto liability, and AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider card showing completion of cognitive and skills evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS (CPR & AED) program at hire
* Therapy skills defined as generally accepted standards of practice
* Knowledge of durable medical equipment
* Basic computer skills
