TTD User Experience (UX) brings together skilled teams of UX Designers, Researchers, and Writers. As a UX Designer, you'll use user-centered design methods to create engaging user experiences from concept to execution. Working in close collaboration with your partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in building innovative products that empower our users and transform the digital advertising industry.
Champion a user-centered design approach, passionately understanding and advocating for the needs and preferences of our users.
· Support planning and vision on key company initiatives by collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, writers and senior designers.
· Execute design concepts by creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, developing intuitive and efficient user interfaces aligned with industry best practices.
· Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable user experiences that seamlessly blend functionality with ease-of-use.
· Own the entire design process, including interaction and visual design, for complex features and platform areas.
· Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions, gathering valuable feedback from users and iterating on designs based on user insights.
· Provide implementation guidance to engineers, ensuring features maintain high quality and alignment with the design vision.
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency and scalability of design elements and patterns across the platform.
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
· 3+ years of professional UX Design experience.
