Partner with Human Resources, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of DEI compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
Prepare and deliver reports on DEI initiatives, progress, and compliance to executive leadership and regulatory authorities as required.
12+ years of experience in HR and/or diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on strategy development, implementation, and management.
