*AdvisaCare *is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN*) to provide personal care services to our clients in *Brant area.* You must have a desire to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds and committed to deliver exceptional care and ensure the patient's lives are enhanced by our involvement
*Requirements:*
Current MI Nursing License
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s License
Work in a team responsibly and independently
Good communication skills
Ability to travel within the service area
Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
*Responsibilities*
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and education opportunities.
