Veterinary Technician Specialty Supervisor

Experience in IM and Oncology preferred.
Oversee orientation, training and staff development for specialty services
Provide input to service development and equipment needs
Oversee dept scheduling, and time off requests
Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
Coaching associates based on need to aid in their success
Some regional travel required
Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance
Provide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plans
Support associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and scheduling
Maintain skill efficiency and knowledge Potential Schedule: Flexible Compensation: $25 - $28 / hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status. (CVT, VTS) What Makes VCA Colonial Unique?
