Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for providing exceptional care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings? We have an exciting opportunity for you in Rockland, ME, with a reputable healthcare facility located at 100 Commons Drive, Rockland, ME 04841.
\*\*Shift\*\*: 3x12s, Day
- \*\*Pay Range\*\*: $50 to $55 per hour (based on experience)
\*\*Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
- Completed COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to comply with vaccination requirements)
\*\*Provide direct patient care and nursing services to residents in SNF/LTC facilities.
- Assess patient health status, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to LTC/SNF nursing.
