In addition, this 100+ bed hospital is accredited in many areas, but notably has a glowing record in their Therapies and Rehab Department. This well respected hospital is state of the art and has earned multiple awards for collaboration efforts and quality across departments. The Speech Therapist will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the state. 

The Speech Therapist will report directly to the Rehabilitation Team Manager. Supported by a large team of senior speech therapists, this person will join a fantastic hospital in their rehabilitation services as well as have the opportunity to grow in their skills and career. 

The Speech Therapist will be diligent in performing patient assessments and developing a plan of care. This requires having a high level of understanding in how to provide care to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice and other cognitive related disorders . In addition, the Speech Therapist will be able to work independently and efficiently. Most importantly, the Speech Therapist will be responsible for utilizing the rehabilitation process to promote and restore health to the well-being of the patient . The ideal candidate will hold a current Speech Language Pathologist Certification.  

The area in Colorado is known for its breathtaking views and close proximity to Denver . This hospital is close to a multitude of hiking trails, recreational areas, and quick day trips for winter activities if the Speech Therapist is someone who loves nature and the outdoors. The downtown area is full of activities for everyone to enjoy, from its delicious restaurants to a lively and exciting nightlife, if the Speech Therapist is a lover of city living.
