Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics. Your expertise in airway management, patient assessment, and respiratory therapy will be crucial in delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate respiratory care plans
- Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' respiratory status and make adjustments to treatments as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in respiratory therapy techniques and equipment

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as a Respiratory Therapist
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a clinical setting (PICU, critical care, or hospital medicine experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of respiratory physiology and pathophysiology
- Proficiency in airway management techniques
- Experience working with pediatric and geriatric patients is highly desirable
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
