Hours and Compensation:
- This is a full-time position.
- Compensation will range from $51,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package included.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a mental health field such as counseling, social work, or music therapy.
- Possess a license, registration, and/or certification that is appropriate to the field.
- Knowledge of DSM-V diagnosis is required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy assessments and provide individual and group therapy to inpatient psychiatric patients of all ages.
- Complete documentation accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Develop cross-training skills as required and contribute to different department needs.
- Assess patient strengths and needs, delegating tasks to Mental Health Technicians when necessary.
- Participate in outpatient behavioral health services and conduct group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
