*The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. The licensed clinical supervisor will adhere to the highest professional, ethical, and clinical standards while supporting Applebury Behavior Associates' day-to-day clinical operations, including, but not limited to, implementing and enforcing company-wide policies, protocols, and related documentation for delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services.
*Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder

*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Pathology, or another related field
- Experience working with children ages 0-21 providing one-to-one in-home or center-based ABA treatment services; experience implementing the principles, methods, and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); Speech and Language Therapy; or other Allied Mental Health and Human Services experience
- Safety Care trained, CPR trained, First Aid trained
