Job Description

Kaimuki Christian Church is seeking a Worship Director who has the musical experience, scriptural, and spiritual understanding necessary to lead our church community to worship the Father in spirit and in truth.

Position Profile Preview

1. The Worship Director has the heart and mind of a genuine worshiper, deep spiritual understanding of Biblical truths, and faithfulness to minister to others, utilizing his/her God-given gifts.

2. The Worship Director has the vocal skill and musical experience to lead worship from an instrument.

1. This position will work under the direction of an Associate Pastor with additional input from the Lead Pastor. Primary responsibilities include leading worship at KCC’s worship services and seasonal events, and directing weekly rehearsals.

2. The job involves practical duties such as coordination with the technical team, administrating digital tools used for communication, and managing the worship ministry budget.

3. The position is part-time (26 hours per week).

4. The pay range for this position is $20-$22/hour.
