Location: This role will alternate daily travel to 3 hospital sites in Dowagaic, Allegan, and Plainwell Michigan

*Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Direct services, workflow and resources for assigned nursing area.
Develop departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
Direct clinical activities, including patient assessment, care plan development, service level determination, patient visits, and complaint management.
Prepare and monitor budget(s) and ensures that assigned nursing area operates within allocated funds. Licensure / Certification / Registration:
~ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date requied.

Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.
Work Experience:
~2 years of leadership or management experience required.
~5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

3 yrs of Nursing leadership experience in Acute setting. Provides Nursing Director level oversight of nurse managers and their clinical staff at 3 locations- Ascension Borgess Lee, Ascension Borgess Pipp & Ascension Borgess Allegan (Locations: Reports to Regional VP of Nursing at main/tertiary center hospital in Kalamazoo.
