Job Title Senior Director of Product Marketing

What does a successful Senior Director of Product Marketing do at Fiserv? You will be a Product Marketing Leader for Digital Payments responsible for a portfolio and/or suite of products and solutions aligned to key capabilities. You will serve as a player coach who will work with a team of product marketing professionals to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive the awareness, adoption and advocacy for specific solutions to target audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and management, sales and relationship managers, marketing, brand, creative, digital and media, etc. to ensure the product's successful launch, promotion, and ongoing performance in the market. What you will do: Cross-Functional Leadership: Represent your entire product portfolio with senior leaders from across the business unit to ensure alignment on GTM strategies and outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development/management teams to ensure alignment between product features and client needs. Work closely with the sales team to understand objectives and report on how product marketing is driving awareness and pipeline activities.

Team Management: Manage and coach a team of product marketing professionals to ensure the impact of the team is outcome-based with measurable results

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Use this information to inform GTM strategies, messaging and positioning.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies that include product launch plans, pricing strategies, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.

Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.

Content Creation: Develop marketing collateral, website content, and other materials that effectively communicate products and solutions value propositions

Sales Enablement: Work cross-functionally to provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell the product, including training, sales presentations, and competitive analysis.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.

Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product adoption. Use data and feedback to optimize strategies and tactics.

What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar discipline or comparable experience in B2B environments such as Financial Services, Technology or Professional Services

10+ years experience as a product marketing/marketing leader

Experience with product go-to-market strategies and execution tactics including product launches, product expansion and product growth strategies for B2B solutions

Experience leading a team including hiring, mentoring and developing

Experience collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams to create sales enablement tools and drive campaigns and programs with a focus on outcomes

What will be great to have: MBA

Product Management or Product Marketing certification/training (eg Pragmatic)
