Location: Huntly, IL
Assignment: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

On Call: yes. Its every third weekend and then its one to three days a week with the staff of schedules.
Weekend Requirement: no
Equiptment - Siemens for X-ray and Sensis/Semens for Hemo. We use Epic/Cupid for EMR.
What licenses and/or certifications are required?: RT(R), ACLS, BLS
What level of experience is required?: 2+ years experience
