Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) -- Circulator - Permanent Role
Specialty Medical Staffing has an exciting new direct hire opportunity for a Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) -- Circulator in East Setauket, NY We are currently interested in candidates for a permanent role, but the client may consider a contract during their candidate search.
Specialty Medical Staffing is one of the premier healthcare staffing companies nationwide. Hours: Mon-Fri / Day Shift / approx. Sign-on Bonus: $7,500 - $3750 paid after 6 months and balance paid at 1 year mark
Assess patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned
Organizes time, equipment, supplies, and personnel to provide effective and
Prepares the operating room according to requirements of patient/procedure
Implements plan of care safely and effectively and provides safe
respiratory and circulatory protection
• items to sterile field aseptically; procedures and documenting appropriately
• Functions as a role model for current and new staff.
Attends all required safety training programs and can describe his or her
Property and assets while fostering a safe and secure environment
resources to ensure excellent clinical and financial outcomes

Minimum of two years OR nursing experience.
• Bachelors degree
• Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business
