Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will be an integral part of the DevOps & Release engineering team. You will work closely with engineering teams, to coordinate incident response and build and maintain DevOps implementations by utilizing modern tools. As a senior member of your team, you will guide junior engineers and help develop their technical skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
~5+ years’ experience in a DevOps role
~ Hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines
~ Strong experience with DevOps tools e.g., Experience writing Python, Gradle, Groovy, and shell scripts
~ Experience with logging and monitoring systems
~ Experience in building and deploying API proxies.
~ Good understanding of API management platforms (e.g., Monitor and optimize API performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
~ Basic knowledge of managing and deploying Java web applications
~ Experience with databases and SQL
~ Seek out opportunities to develop and improve existing automation processes
~ Networking and Infrastructure experience is a plus

Within Fidelity Digital Assets℠ , the DevOps & Release Engineering Team is responsible for CI/CD automation, infrastructure upgrades, on-prem environment support and incident response.
