Sentara Medical Group has an office-based , full-time employment position for an Advanced Practice Provider to join Sentara Cardiology Specialists- Ft. Norfolk in our Congestive Heart Failure Clinic. Join our dedicated Physicians and APPs as they provide a team-based collaborative approach to patient care, and are offered seamless access to the many resources available throughout the greater Sentara network for their patients.
Position Highlights Include:- 100% Outpatient; CHF Clinic
- Patient Panel of 15-17 patients a day
- Comprehensive Benefits and Retirement package
- Malpractice and Tail coverage
- $3,000 Annual CME allowance
- $5,000 Annual QPI Bonus
- $10,000 Student Loan Reimbursement Program
- Fully integrated EHR (Epic)
