This individual serves as a unit-based leader and acts as a liaison to clinical staff, physicians, support staff, and others involved in promoting positive patient outcomes across the continuum.
Acts as a resource for staff assistance to meet critical needs, augment staffing, and responds to emergencies when all available resources are utilized. Collaborates with nursing supervision and leadership to ensure patient flow and throughput. Facilitates the daily schedule with Anesthesia floor coordinator on an ongoing basis.
