As a Commercial HVAC Service Journeyman for Airtight FaciliTech, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and related equipment.

· Typical five-day work week + opportunities for overtime. Candidate should be very familiar with the preventative maintenance, service, and operation of base building environmental systems. Experience with maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems (DX & Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems up to 100 tons, Packed RTU's up to 100 tons with VAV capabilities, Water Cooled Self-Contained with VFD's, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fans & DDC Navigation Capabilities)
· Excellent customer service and communication skills in areas including, but not limited to: verbal, email, text & social media.
· Ability to use and navigate Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial / Industrial HVAC Service Technician
· Candidate will be required to participate the weekly on-call rotation and work overtime/weekend hours as needed to meet job requirements

Education and Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
· 33-42 Hourly Wage
