Night Owl RN Supervisor for Medical/Surgical Unit in Eagle Lake, TX
Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Texas licensed  Registered Nurses (RNs) with supervisor experience  available to join a team of healthcare providers in Eagle Lake, TX in the Med/Surg Unit beginning as soon as possible.
In this position, you'll experience the unique advantage of a low patient volume and a manageable workload, allowing you to focus on providing attentive bedside care for pre- and post-surgery patients and their caretakers. Your responsibilities will include closely monitoring vital signs and administering prescribed medications and supervising other nurses on shift. Success in this role hinges on your extensive knowledge of various health conditions and your ability to make sound decisions. We're seeking an exceptional Medical-Surgical Supervisory nurse whose expertise directly translates into delivering outstanding patient care.

*Active Texas Registered Nursing License
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed and interpret/record measurements.
Collaborate on discharge planning and educate patients and their families on procedures and post-surgery care.
Maintain and update patient files, charts, and health records.
