The Clinical Supervisor assists with the coordination and management of clinical activities and is responsible for scheduling, supervising, counseling and disciplining of clinical staff. * 1 year of work experience as an RN or LPN; Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
Supervises nursing and other clinical staff, including hiring, promotions, performance evaluation, skills assessments, counseling and disciplinary actions 
* Works annually with clinic manager in development of clinic budget 
* Ensures clinical staff is following proper procedures of documentation and chart review for completeness and accuracy 
* Addresses complaints in a timely manner when it is regarding the nursing function 
* Monitors and evaluates the clinical care provided by the nursing staff to all patients 
* Evaluates and communicates need for quality improvement to the clinical staff 
* Responsible for all clinic management activities when the clinic manager is out of the office 
* Supervises and coordinates the delegation and implementation of patient care of licensed and non-licensed personnel for assigned shift/area. 
Reports to the clinic manager 
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Position is exposed daily to used needles, sharps and contaminated medical instruments.
