Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and create end-to-end solutions to solve complex IT infrastructure problems. This is an on-site position, with relocation to the El Segundo, CA area available if the selected applicant meets company policy criteria.
*Provide IT systems administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows Client / Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Client / Server environment.

* Domain administration in a Windows Client / Server environment, Windows 10 and 11 Client support with program support and engineering staff to include problem troubleshooting & software installation.

* Understanding of data RAID, data backup uses and technologies, work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures and other tasks as assigned.

* Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.

* Typically requires bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years experience or 9 years of prior relevant experience.

* S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date, with the ability to secure a Top Secret clearance. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

* Travel required to other US Domestic locations as business needs dictate up to 15% travel.

*Experience with Windows 10 Desktops installation, configuration, and maintenance, Windows Server 2016 & 2019 installation, configuration, and maintenance.

* Experience wtih Red Hat Linux 7 & 8 installation, configuration, and maintenance, VMWare ESXi, and with operating system and software patching.

* Experience using VMWare vCenter, vSphere, and ESX and/or other virtual computing methods, Imaging Windows desktop systems and with hardware firmware patching to clients and enterprise servers .

* Experience with security applications such as Ivanti, Splunk and Tenable Scanner, using SCC/SCAP and STIG Checker / Checklists, NISPOM, JAFAN, JSIG, DFARS and/or DoD/RMFand NetApp configuration and maintenance

* Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.

* Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification and an Operating System Certification.
