Using the latest technology in home medical equipment we offer clients the ability to be cared for in the comfort of their own home, providing a cost-effective alternative to hospitalization. We offer a large complement of home medical equipment and supplies including Hospital beds, trapezes, Commodes, Overbed tables, Medical/surgical supplies, Canes and crutches, Walkers, Wheelchairs, Patient lifts, Bathroom aids, and more
Provides educational support and clinical expertise to respiratory clients. Ensures compliance with regulatory issues related to respiratory services. Assists with new respiratory services to meet changing patient populations' needs. Educates the community, referral sources, and payers regarding services available.
Prepares and maintains individual care plans, orders, and other components of the client record, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and department medical record policies.
Provides instruction to patients/caregivers regarding care, treatment plans, respiratory equipment and CPR as required.
O.S. and gives detailed instructions to the client and/or caregiver(s) in the proper and safe use of the equipment in compliance with local, state, federal regulation as well as Joint Commission standards.
Assists in developing respiratory specific programs and standards of care.
Integrates problem-solving methodology and quality improvement in approaching problem areas related to patient care and organizational processes.
Evaluates processes related to respiratory services and ensures conformance to organization policy and procedures and governmental regulations.
Investigates and responds to customer complaints promptly. Graduate from a one (1) or two (2) year accredited respiratory care program and passed CRTT or RRT exam.
Experience: Two (2) years of home medical equipment and ventilator experience strongly preferred.
National Board of Respiratory Care CRT or RRT; current State of New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License. Valid Driver's License required to travel throughout New Hampshire to provide Home Health Services.

Per Diem - Variable EOW 08:00am - 05:00pm
