If you have Carpenter experience, general roofing knowledge, tolerance of heights (steep roof temporary repairs), basic framing experience, and a valid driver's license , then Hays & Sons wants to hear from you Experience in the restoration industry is a plus
based on experience, plus Overtime opportunities

* Schedule - Monday - Friday, off evenings and weekends
* Rotating On-Call Schedule - Required to be on-call 1 weekend every 6 weeks, where you will be compensated double time.

* Preform temporary repair process as designated in operational procedures.
* Demo and frame structures.
* Set and trim doors and windows.
* Preform painting, drywall repair, and texture matching.
* Keeps inventory of all tools housed in carpenter's vehicle
* Assist project manager when necessary
* Participate in weekly on call rotation
* Aid water department for demo jobs
* Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization (tools, equipment, etc.)
