We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our integrated medical practice in Fort Wayne, IN. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming Chiropractor is a friendly and confident adjuster, team player who enjoys collaborating with an integrated team for high quality, comprehensive patient care.
We are an integrative physical medical clinic serving patients in the Fort Wayne area and we are well respected and known for helping our patients improve the quality of their health. Our mission is to provide our patients with the best possible care to get them on their path to wellness We employ the latest forms of integrative medicine techniques, to free patients from debilitating pain, encourage healing and mobility, and help regain an active lifestyle. We have a dynamic, well-educated team of medical professionals including PTs, Chiropractor, Nurse Practitioner and amazing support staff.
Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
Full time (Mon-Friday)
