Raytheon is the leading provider of Electronic Warfare Systems for Space and Airborne Platforms. This position is for a Senior Systems Engineer who will provide engineering leadership to Systems Engineering Integration & Test teams.

Generate test plans/procedures for assessing EW system performance
~ Architect test configurations for exercising the Unit Under Test in both lab and field environments.
~ Collaborate with other disciplines to develop Special Test Equipment for Subsystems/Systems Integration and Test.
~Brief senior program management and engineering leadership.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience writing requirements for EW/Radar system test events.
Experience leading system test equipment and special test equipment development activities.
Experience troubleshooting, testing, and integrating EW/Radar system test equipment.
Experience modeling the performance of EW/Radar systems.
Experience with integration of mixed signal modules into the next higher assembly.
Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
Experience with Earned Value Management / Cost Account Management.
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture), specifically using SysML.

Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) , an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
