The Raybrook Campus of Holland Home has a long-standing reputation for providing high quality care and it is well-earned with excellent state survey results Location is everything as it is nestled back off the intersection of the Beltline and Burton Street on 35 serene acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The 3rd floor of the Raybrook Skilled Nursing Facility has a capacity of 50 residents, some receiving long term care and others, rehab services. Staffing ratios are envied by our competitors with 3 nurses on 1st and 2nd shift; on 3rd shift.

Responsibilities:

Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise

Qualifications and Requirements:

A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
Must be CPR certified
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
