*Job responsibilities:*
* Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
* Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
* Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with Physician's, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
* Participates in the discharge planning process.
* Initiates patient education plan, as prescribed by a physician. Teaches patients and significant others how to manage their illness/injury by explaining: post-treatment home care needs.
* Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs.
* Prepares equipment and aids physicians during examination and treatment of patients.
* Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol.
* Records all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, promptly, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Must be a registered nurse with a valid RN license in the state you are applying for.
* Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric Experience.
* BLS & ACLS
* Desire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.
* Other records or documents needed will be explained during the onboarding process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem, Temporary
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
