For this position, we are looking for RNs in Lake County with 12 hours/Day and weekend availability (Dayshift or Overnight). The position will require Ventilator and tracheostomy care (further training will be provided to the qualified candidate). 

Our  RN ’s bring   compassion and comfort to home care by   giving  personalized One-to-One  care that makes a noticeable difference in the lives of our patients . Provide 1:1 care in the patient’s home.  
~ Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.  
~ Maintain  accurate , detailed, and  timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.  
~ Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the  company policy , procedures, and protocols  Skilled Nursing and Medical Home Care Services With oversight from your local Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse is expected to perform in-home health assessments and a wide range of home care services that meet either short-term or ongoing medical needs. Blood sugar testing
~Physical and occupational therapy
~Home infusion therapy
~Private duty nursing hospice assistance
~Blood draws and injections
~Wound care

An unencumbered license as a  Registered Nurse (RN)in the state where care is  provided  
Minimum of (1) year   nursing experience  
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) Candidate must have  demonstrated alignment and experience in successfully living the  BrightStar Care Core Values :
