~22-bed Cardiac Medical Intensive Care Unit (CMICU)
~ Organ system failure (respiratory, cardiac, renal, liver, etc.)
~ Post cardiac arrest / targeted temperature management
~ GI bleed
~ Covid
~ Mental Health/Self Harm
~ Paralytics/Prone Therapy
Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT)
Patient and family education is a focus throughout the patient stay
Advanced Cardiovascular Training
Recover transcatheter aortic and mitral valve repairs/replacements
Multidisciplinary team coordinates care of the critically ill patient (Nursing, Physicians, Pharmacy, Dietary, Care Management, Therapies, Ethics, Pastoral Care, etc.)
~ 24/7 Leadership support
Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
