* Influence the direction and build-out of a veterinary hospital
* New hospital with no out-of-pocket expense
*Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
* Leadership/management experience is a plus
* Comfortable providing (and teaching associate veterinarians) general surgery and dentistry procedures
*Hire hospital staff to include; hospital manager, veterinary technician, and other hospital support staff in partnership with SVP talent acquisition and operational support teams
* Deliver excellent patient care and ongoing evaluation and management of clinical practices
* Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and keep necessary logs up-to-date
* Monitor associate doctor performance and stay up-to-date with changes in veterinary medicine through continuing education
* Assist in developing the paraprofessional team to deliver quality care and exceptional client service
* Ensure all staff treat clients and patients with care and respect.
* Partner with the Hospital Manager in managing hospital financial performance
* Positively represent the hospital in the professional and local community
