Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care

Minimum shift requirement: None
Mix of Scheduled and Walk-In Patients
Adult patients only 
Standard office procedures: suturing, I&D, read/interpret X-Ray and EKG

Provider Requirements:
~ Current Michigan State License & DEA
~ Active ANCC or AANP Certification
~ Active DOT Certification
~ Relevant Clinical Experience
~(Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine)
