Pilots (Nationwide)

Experienced Pilots with FAA licensing and US Work Authorization are sought. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering discipline, with ongoing advanced training in Flight Engineering. Significant flight experience with 1,000+ PIC & 2,000+ total flight hours. Experience related to Stability and Control, Performance, Avionics, Mechanical Systems and/or Powerplant Systems is essential. FAA certificates & ratings (commercial pilot license, single engine, multi-engine and instrument ratings) & full-scale knowledge of aircraft design, testing and certification are necessary to perform all required duties. Familiarity with all regulations and guidance material is required. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. Engineering or a related field is ideal. United States Military Veteran Pilots Basic Requirements: US Work Authorization Ability to obtain a valid US Passport required Ability to travel off-site for development & certification flight testing Excellent written and verbal communication FAA First Class Medical required or ability to obtain First Class Medical Responsibilities: Pilot aircraft. Monitor engine operation or functioning. Inspect aircraft or aircraft components. Choose optimal transportation routes or speeds. Communicate with others to coordinate vehicle movement. Review work orders or schedules to determine operations or procedures. Inspect cargo to ensure it is properly loaded or secured. Resolve issues affecting transportation operations. Assist others during emergencies. Plan flight operations. Coordinate flight control or management activities. Record operational details of travel. Direct passenger or freight transport activities. Train transportation or material moving personnel. Evaluate performance of applicants, trainees, or employees. Maintain vehicles in good working condition. Arrange maintenance activities. Test performance of aircraft equipment.
