Staff Brewer

We operate a state-of-the-art production brewery, and two world-class brewpubs on the beautiful Oregon Coast. This position will serve as the main brewer for our new pub location in Siletz Bay, Oregon . This position will also work in the Tillamook production facility as required.
Consistently excellent production of world-class Pelican Beer at the Siletz Bay facility.
* Bring personal drive and a passion for beer and beer quality from grist to glass,
* Engaging ambassador for our guests and guide for the beer experience. Ensuring that the facility is always clean and in good repair. The space and the work will always represent the brand.
* Coordinate bulk beer deliveries as necessary.
* Be a great Beer Advocate. Provide beer education (Pelican Beer School) to staff and help keep beer culture thriving.
* Support Production facility when required.
* Function seamlessly as a part of the Siletz Bay team as well as the brewery team
* Professional relationship building, clear communication, and adaptability will be required.
