As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help them prep for their first day of school, and all the big and little moments of their parenting journey. Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store

Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
